This is a nail polish. Society is so involved with hating on fat people, and hating on women (as nail polish is generally sold to and aimed at selling to women) that this nail polish— which obviously has no size— is named to back up the hate people feel for their bodies.
I can’t even buy a bottle of nail polish without being bombarded by hate for my body.
