Adding to the chorus: Just say "I don't want to be weighed" and don't give in. Unless your weight is the reason you're there, there's no reason to be weighed at the doctor's office!

If the doctor needs your weight for some reason (medication dosage) then they can always ask you to be weighed later. -ArteToLife
